The customer service is off the charts. I had a bunch of difficult special requests and Greg handled them without any hang ups , was happy to oblige, and got back to me fast. I ended up walking away with what my fiancé now refers to as her “dream ring” thanks to Greg hunting down the perfect diamond for me.
Greg went out of his way to ensure I was able to obtain the right stone as a gift to my wife for our first son. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and an excellent overall experience. Highly recommend!
Not knowing much about Jewelry I probably would have ended up at a chain store to buy my now fiancé’s engagement ring, fortunately I was talked into using Ken and Daughter by some friends who have also had great experiences.
I brought my wife's wedding ring in about three years ago to have a diamond replaced. They did a great job at a fair price. A couple of months later she knocked it out again. We put it in a jewlery box and left it for a couple of years. This last week I brought it back in to have it repaired a second time. Greg, (one of the owners) insisted that they would fix it, replace the diamond at no charge. I was floored. NO JEWELRY STORE AROUND WOULD HAVE DONE THAT! Since Ken and Daughter replaced the diamond at no charge, I decided to spend what I would have on the repair and add a second band to the ring. Greg offered to have the setting lowered to prevent more accidents, (at no charge). WOW! So rare now days to be treated so well!
This is the best place to go for jewelery, repairs, cleaning, custom designs, friendly service, easy access and great location!
