I have been a client of Hopp Insurance Agency for years and have found them to have great rates and great service. I have never been disappointed with any contact at Hopp Insurance. They have always been friendly and helpful. It sounds like in the above "review", someone is over-reacting and un-educated. Apparently he doesn't understand that insurance companies dictate what insurance agents can and can't do with individual policies. Sounds like there is probably more to the story than what he is telling everybody.

BEWARE OF THIS GREEDY AGENT !!!!!!! I had my home insurance with this agent for the last 16 years. I received a cancellation notice because I own a Rotweiler for a pet....lol. I have owned Rotweilers since I bought the house. NO CLAIMS WHAT SO EVER !!!!! Hopp also sent an estimate to replace the policy. The premium he wanted was double. I called and Mr. Hopp told me 'that's just the way it is with Rotweilers". So.......I went to a local agent (Wayne Oliver in Canby) and he replaced the policy. I have no credits or history with this agent or underwriter, but they were able to provide the same coverage for a few dollars a month more. In a year the premium will BE LESS !!!! WHY DID HOPP DO THAT TO ME ?? GREED ?? STUPIDITY ?? YUP.... DO YOUR HOME WORK !!!! YOU ARE PROBABLY PAYING WAY TOO MUCH AT HOPP !!!
