Losing a loved one is hard, and it’s almost impossible to know how much you will have to do once they pass. Attrell’s handles everything for you and makes one of the hardest times and processes in your life easy. They help you with everything, they take care of you in ways you wouldn’t expect and they’re genuinely caring and wonderful people. It’s hard to write a review that aptly explains how wonderful and useful they are. If you lose a loved one this is absolutely the place to go to help in the after life process, from paperwork, to grieving, and other resources that you might need, want, or not think of.
It was such a shock loosing my son as suddenly as i did. They were so kind and thoughtful through out the process with my many questions and there absolute kindness and understanding. Thank you again and God Bless
I have told all of our friends and family to not go to Attrell’s. They are way overpriced and pushy. Very sad when you’re trying to just get information. Buyer beware! Too bad, the old owners and their employees were not told the truth as to how the new owner would turn this place into. Please think twice before you call Attrell’s.
Attrell's assisted us when a family member passed suddenly. We are very pleased with their professional service while we faced the unknown journey ahead of us. We were impressed with such caring attentiveness and guidance through the difficult decisions we needed to make concerning our loved one. This was the last place our friends and family want to go to. My wife and I walked in and they were pressuring us to sit down and pre-plan our funeral. We just wanted a packet of information. They refused to give us a packet with information in it. Which by law they have to provide this. When we decided to leave we were treated as if we completely wasted their time. They even called the manager in to try and talk us into it stating it would be for our children’s benefit, stating “you don’t want to leave them with having to plan your funeral do you?” We said we would think about it. They suggested that they were the best in the business and if we chose another funeral home we would be treated as a number. For me that was enough. Putting down other local funeral homes is very off putting.
